MusoftTech collects information provided by you on our contact us form. This information includes Name and Email Address. MusoftTech also uses cookies on our website. Please see the section on cookies below.

• Cookie information is also used to do analytics on areas of interests and marketing campaigns within MusoftTech.

Where we store your data

We use HubSpot CRM tool to store your data. Please see HubSpot's privacy page. If you don't want to send your personal information via submit form you can contact us via email at hello@musofttech.com.au

Media

We don't ask media to be uploaded via submit form. If you upload images to the contact us form, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included.

Cookies

Cookies is a temporary file stored on your device in order for the website to recognise you and track your preferences on the website. The information tracked by cookies may contain but not limited to:

This information is collected and stored in an unidentifiable state until there is further action by users to identify themselves, such as filling in the Contact Us form on the website etc.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

What rights you have over your data

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
